I didn't expect to see Paella in Woodland Park, yet here it was at Boards and Barrels. The flavor was superb, the sausage had just the right amount of spice. The bowl was filled with great veggies, shrimp and sausage. Not soupy at all!

A flavor explosion! Wow! I was curious how they would take the sweetness of the cream cheese and merge it with the other ingredients, but it was delicious! And perfectly grilled.

We booked the overnight stay. Includes a stay above the restaurant, four course meal and breakfast in the morning. 5 stars! The owner is incredibly attentive, the place is spotless and the food is impeccable. This was an amazing experience and we highly recommend you try it!

I recently visited Boards & Barrels for brunch with my sister, my daughter, and my neighbor, and it was a great experience. My daughter and I both ordered the breakfast nachos, and they did not disappoint. The presentation immediately stood out—they were served on a wooden board, which made the dish feel unique and inviting. The house made chips were fresh, crispy, and the perfect base for all the flavorful toppings. Every bite was delicious, with a great balance of textures and flavors. I paired mine with a mimosa, and it was the perfect complement to the meal. If you're looking for a fun and flavorful brunch, I highly recommend! Great food, beautiful presentation, and a relaxing brunch atmosphere made for a wonderful outing.

If you think meatloaf is just comfort food, think again. The Blueberry BBQ Glazed Meatloaf at Boards & Barrels completely redefines what meatloaf can be. The combination of savory, bacon-infused meatloaf with the sweet and tangy blueberry BBQ glaze is absolutely incredible. Every bite is packed with flavor, and the pickled blueberries add the perfect unexpected twist. Paired with creamy mashed potatoes and perfectly cooked carrots, this dish is comfort food elevated to an entirely new level. I was skeptical about blueberries and meatloaf together, but now I can't stop thinking about it. It's creative, unique, and hands-down one of the best meals I've had in Woodland Park. If you're dining at Boards & Barrels, do yourself a favor and order the Blueberry BBQ Glazed Meatloaf, you won't regret it!

Boards and Barrels is our favorite restaurant in WP. The sevice is always great and the food delicious. My steak was perfectly medium and tender. It could have been more peppered, but it was delightful. The accompanying vegetables are fantastic, and I'm not big on veggies. I added a glass of wine (as it was our anniversary dinner) to round things out. The flavors can't be beat and the prices are also reasonable. Thanks!
